Shipping Policy

 

 

Shipping fees are calculated based on multiple different criteria's such as weight, size, insurance, destination, price and shipping method. To calculate your shipping fees, please add your items into your shopping cart, select your shipping method, proceed to checkout and you will be given your shipping fee prior to your order being placed. On orders with more than one main item, you may be subject to additional shipping charges which you would be notified of prior to us billing your credit card. Due to price fluctuation on electronics EuropeanToysStore.com cannot always offer price protection on already shipped products.

 

 

 

 

 

For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico please select two day air or overnight delivery, as these orders cannot be shipped via ground delivery. For orders shipping to P.O. boxes and APO\’S please select the U.S.P.S. standard or priority as these orders cannot be shipped via FedEx or UPS. If you do not select an appropriate shipping method, your order will be adjusted accordingly to the proper shipping method and rate. Oversized products such as Engines, Performance Parts, _______ , and ______'s may be subject to additional shipping fee's.

Return Policy/Procedures

 

 

All returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 15% of the item transaction charge. Returns are processed in the order in which they are received. Return processing may take up to 7 business days from the time your return is received. If you have a return that needs to be handled in an expeditious manner please contact our customer service department and we will do our best to try and accommodate you. Returns that require a refund may take an additional 5-7 business days before a credit is applied to your charge card or PayPal account. All returns must include all merchandise or services sold under the same order number and invoice. Please understand these orders are often sold as kit/ packages and we cannot resell those items independently. We will therefore not accept partial order returns, regardless of the reason for return, unless specifically authorized by us in writing.


All returns/exchanges/warranties must have original packaging and be in resalable condition (no writing on packages, all hardware accounted for, and instruction sheets included. Any package not meeting these requirements will not be accepted as a valid return and sent back to the customer at their expense). We will not accept returns over 40 days of invoice date. Customer is responsible for all freight since we do not get reimbursed from the factory.


PAYPAL Payments: since 2020 PayPal does not refund there *PayPal fees- to the seller when the order is canceled or returned. The buyer is responsible for it and we will charge the buyer for it.


Part of the PayPal agreement "If you refund a payment for goods or services, there are no fees to make the refund, but the fees you originally paid as the seller are not returned to you."


Absolutely no return of electrical items. We cannot accept any installed, painted, primed or item not in original package.


Returns after 30 days from the order placed are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 30% of the item transaction charge.

We do ship internationally.

Some restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations. There may be times when EuropeanToysStore.com is required to deny an order based on geographical location. International customers are responsible for all additional fees acquired through customs. International orders cannot ship overnight.
